Cancellation Policy

We value your time and want to make the most of your visits.  We do understand that things come up and you may need to cancel an appointment at certain times. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours cancellation notice if you need to cancel or reschedule one of your sessions.   Please, note that any appointments that are cancelled, missed, or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will have the time deducted from their purchased package.

We love what we do and we hope you feel the same!  If you aren't happy, then neither are we.  We are confident you will leave with new skills and strategies to keep you on your road to success.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the services we provide to you,  we will guarantee your happiness or will provide your money back if you notify us in writing within the first 7 days of signing up for your program.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance for billing, but we are happy to provide you with an invoice if you would like to submit a healthcare claim for reimbursement to your insurance company/flex spending account for tax deduction.   We accept all major credit cards for payment.

Sessions

Our virtual sessions are conducted via HIPPA compliant video platform. Discovery sessions are conducted via phone.
