Cancellation Policy

We value your time and want to make the most of your visits. We do understand that things come up and you may need to cancel an appointment at certain times. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours cancellation/reschedule notice if you need to cancel or reschedule one of your sessions.   Please, note that any appointments that are cancelled, missed, or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will have the time deducted from their purchased package.

We love what we do and we hope you feel the same! If you aren't happy, then neither are we. We are confident you will leave with new skills and strategies to keep you on your road to success. 1:1 coaching clients with 3 month or greater packages must attend all sessions as scheduled & be actively working working on the SMART goals established at each session to be eligible. If you don’t get any results, just send us an email at hello@nutritiouslysimple.com within 45-60 days from enrollment in your package. You will be prorated for the sessions scheduled after the date we receive your email & your package will be cancelled.

DO THE WORK includes: attend the LIVE Q&As and cooking class, download & try the recipes, complete the foundation modules, and be an active member in the community. . We’ll miss you. But, want this program to be a good fit for you. If you don’t get results, just send us an email at hello@nutritiouslysimple.com within after 60 days from enrollment and we'll gladly cancel your membership and you'll get your monthly payment back & your membership will be cancelled. #pinkypromise

Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel at any time. Membership for the month starts on the first of each month. Requests for cancellations will be reflected in the following month. Example: if you cancel on January 15th, you will be an active member until February 1. Your monthly fee will stop starting February 1.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance for billing, but we are happy to provide you with an invoice if you would like to submit a healthcare claim for reimbursement to your insurance company/flex spending account for tax deduction. We accept all major credit cards for payment.

Sessions

Our virtual sessions are conducted via HIPPA compliant video platform. Discovery sessions are conducted via phone.
